- Exterior - A low rise beach complex.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby is small and incorporates a small seating area to the left of the entrance.
- Location - Situated just a couple of minutes walk from Ponta Negra beach. Close by are a selection of very well established restaurants and a small shopping centre called Praia shopping.
- Restaurant - The hotel has one restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has basic, modern furnishings and overlooks the pool area from the first floor where it is situated.
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size and in good condition. They are furnished in light colours throughout and light tiling. The bathrooms are in fair to good condition.
