- Exterior - A low rise white building with terracotta coloured tiled roofing like many other beachfront hotels in Natal.
- General - The best first class hotel in Natal.05/01 PG
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, modern throughout with tiled flooring and dark wood furnishings. It leads onto an outdoor courtyard with a tropical garden in the middle with two small fish ponds. The lounge and lobby bar overlook the sea and the tropical garden.
- Location - Situated directly on the beach in its own grounds just eight kilometres from the centre of Natal.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is at sea level overlooking the beach and next to the tropical courtyard. It is modern in decor and serves international cuisine and also overlooks the pool area.
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size apart from the suites which are large to very large. All are in good condition as are the bathrooms. Decor and furnishings are basic with whitewashed walls and dark wood furnishings throughout.
