- Exterior - A modern property typical of many of the Fortaleza beach front properties.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby is large in size and modern in decor. The light wood reception area is directly in front of the entrance with large seating areas furnished with all the days papers available for clients use. It also has local flora to add to the decor and incorporates a bar area.
- Location - Situated directly opposite the beach in the heart of the popular Av. Beira Mar where all the hotels are located. It is an ideal location for travellers of all types close to all areas of interest and directly in front of a bus stop giving easy access to all parts of the city.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is situated on the ground floor immediately adjacent to the lobby area and serves local and international cuisine.
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium to large in size and are in good condition with many having views of the ocean. There is tiled flooring throughout and although colours in the rooms vary, light colours are predominant. The rooms have all the basic services expected of a first class hotel.
