- Exterior - A modern grey concrete construction.
- General -
- Lobby - At the time of visiting the lobby was undergoing a complete renovation. It is medium in size, modern throughout and overlooks a garden area full of local shrubs and greenery.
- Location - Situated directly opposite the beach in the heart of the popular Av Beira Mar where all the hotels are located. It is an ideal location for travellers of all types close to all areas of interest and directly in front of a bus stop giving easy access to all parts of the city.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is situated on the second floor is modern and serves international cuisine.
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size and modern in decor and in good condition. It is basic in decor but with all necessary facilities of a basic first class hotel of Fortaleza and has white washed walls and white tiled flooring.
