• Exterior - A modern concrete structure in a mostly sanstone colour, the building is high and wide, but not unnatractive. The ground floor features several shops to the front with a glass atrium at the reception entrance.
• General - PH 02/01
• Lobby - The reception area is very large and allows in a lot of natural light as much of it is glass covered. There are shops, hotel restaurants and bars located to the left side and the main reception desk is to the right at the rear of the lobby. Many seats are provided, mostly to the right side under the modern architecture of the metal and glass constructed windowed ceiling. There are also escalators to the conference rooms and offices upstairs.
• Location - Situated in the city centre, the hotel is a short walk to the main shopping and leisure area. It is located near the main road junctions, but is not too noisy as it is set away from the road.
• Restaurant - The hotel restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is medium sized with booth style seating. There is also an adjoining bar area with outdoor views.
• Rooms - Bedrooms are quite modern and feature all the amenities expected of this standard of hotel and are medium sized in general.
