- Exterior - It is a low and unattractive, uncharacteristic building.
- General -
- Lobby - the lobby is very basic and incorporates the very basic restaurant which is reminiscent of a motorway stop restaurant.
- Location - this hotel is located on the outskirts of wavre, close to the walibi park.
- Restaurant - As already mentioned, this is very basic
- Rooms - the bedrooms are also quite basic and in fair condition. they are medium in size but could certainly benefit from a facelift.
