- Exterior - The hotel resembles a motel in style and some bedrooms are located in annexes in the grounds of the hotel.
- General - A unique property although personal transport is a must in Durbuy.
- Lobby - Unique in as much as when you enter this hotel, the heat hits you. It is necessary to keep the temperature at 26 degrees centigrade in order to maintain the growth of the Tropical plants that surround the swimming pool which itself is the feature of the lobby. The check-in area is quite small and is situated between the bar area and the restaurant which overlooks the swimming pool.
- Location - Located in the heart of the ardennes, upon a hill overlooking the city of Durbuy.
- Restaurant - The gastronomic restaurant serves an excellent French menu although light snacks are also available. The decor is floral and predominantly pink and black.
- Rooms - The bedrooms in the main building have two entrances, one off the swimming pool, and one directly to the outside car Park. All standard rooms have the same decor which is slightly dated and kitsch but are comfortable and in good condition. The bathrooms are also in godd condition.
