- Exterior - The traditional 5 floor building is strategicallly situated across the Official Guest Palace and Grand Mosque, overlooking their beautiful landscaped gardens.
- General - The hotel has an adjacent fitness suite offering both anaerobic and cardiovascular facilities.01/03 BL
- Lobby - The lobby is small with the reception immediately after the entrance.
- Location - The hotel is conveniently situated less than 10 minutes drive from the International Airport, and less than 5 minutes from the central business district. Shopping and nightlife are just around the corner, whilst the closest beach is located approximately 2 minutes drive from the hotel.
- Restaurant - The hotel has an award winning restaurant which is highly acclaimed for its delightfully original menus, extensive selection of wines, as well as its attentive service. The hotel also has an Arabian nightclub with live entertainment and a lounge.
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are well-equipped with queen and king size beds, direct international dialing telephone and colour television with in-house Arabic, English, and satellite movie programme, trouser press, mini-bar and individually controlled air-conditioning. Non-smoking rooms are available.
