- Exterior - This is a modern building with the entrance via a small shopping arcade and up a staircase.
- General - 0102/MP
- Lobby - The lobby is very large and modern and is white in colour. The floor is marble and there are plants around and a large staircase and glass lift. It is split level with a small reception area, and on the next level there is a seating area with leather seats.
- Location - The Trend hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Villach - about 5 minutes walk to shops and station across the river.
- Restaurant - This is situated just off the lobby on a higher split level. It is quite small and modern in design with a pink carpet, and is very light and bright.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and are kept in very good condition, the bathrooms are in exceptional condition. Rooms are all decorated the same with blue carpets and light pastel blue curtains with a leaf motif. Fixtures are in light wood.
