- Exterior - This is a traditional and impressive building with an ornate stone facade.
- General - This is a grand and traditional hotel.01/03MP
- Lobby - The main lobby is both large and grand, with a wooden reception, patterned carpet and pictures of the Kaiser Franz Joseph.
- Location - The hotel is situated close to the famous Schoenbrunn Palace, just outside the city centre. The nearest metro station is the Hietzing which is almost directly opposite the hotel, as well as a bus and tram stop. The hotel was built for Kaiser Franz Joseph to provide accomodation for his guests, close to his summer residence.
- Restaurant - The restaurant offers excellent quality Viennese and International cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms vary but are mainly large in size. They are all in good condition.
