- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and decorated in traditional Viennese style with a stunning chandelier.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of the shopping area of Vienna in the Mariahilfer Strasse. The city centre and West Railway Station are close by, as are the main tourist attractions of the State Opera, the Hofburg Palace and Spanish Riding School.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor and serves both international and traditional Austrian cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and equipped with modern facilities to include television, safe, minibar, phone, trouser press and hairdryer. The bathrooms are in good condition.
