- Lobby - The lobby of the hotel is large and beautifully decorated, with a dark wooden reception desk, chandeliers and a blue and gold carpet. There are two shops and a bar offering drinks and light snacks with ample seating for guests. The overall feel is one of elegance and opulence.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of Vienna, directly opposite the Stadt Park, within easy walking distance of St Stephen's Cathedral, the world reknowned State Opera House and the main shopping streets, Kartner Strasse and Graben.
- Restaurant - The restaurant offers food of the highest quality served in an atmosphere of elegance and tranquility.
- Rooms - The rooms are all the same size and decorated in the same style. They are comfortable, traditional and very well maintained.
