- Exterior - This is a traditional and impressive building.
- General - All guests receive a basket of fruit and chocolates in their room on arrival. 01/03MP
- Lobby - The lobby is large with ample seating. The high ceilings and marble floors offer a very grand appearance.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of Vienna on the famous "Ringstrasse, within easy walking distance of the State Opera House, St Stephens Cathedral and the main shopping street, The Kartner Strasse. The famous Cafe Schwarzenberg is located just opposite the hotel.
- Restaurant - There are two restaurants located on the ground floor, also very grand in appearance.
- Rooms - The rooms are very large and in excellent condition. The superior rooms have chandeliers and traditional furnishings. The classic rooms are traditional in design and individually decorated to a very high standard.
