- Lobby - The lobby is large and leading to the other public area of the hotel. It is spacious with a small seating area in one corner.
- Location - The hotel is located directly opposite the Westbahnhof train station and 10 minutes walking distance from Mariahilferstrasse one of the main shoping areas in Vienna. The nearest underground station is Margaretengurtel.
- Restaurant - There is a restaurant on the ground floor specialising in recepies dating from the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. It also serves international cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and are in good condition. All rooms are equipped with cable and pay televisions, minibar, hairdryers and telephones.The bathrooms are in good condition.
