- Exterior - This is a modern, white concrete building.

- Lobby - The lobby is large and bright, modern in design, with a real open fireplace and a comfortable seating area overlooking the hotel's private gardens. There is also a small bar, located within the lobby, which serves meals in the evening. The atmosphere is bright and modern whilst still retaining the feel of a traditional rustic county club hotel.
- Location - This hotel is located opposite the United Nations building and close to the Donau Insel, which is Vienna's large recreation area running along the banks of the Donau. It has large public gardens and a variety of lively bars and restaurants, where one can sit outside and enjoy a drink or meal in the summer months.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor. It is bright and cheerful and comfortably furnished.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and modern with a county feel, decorated in warm colours and wooden furniture. They are all similar and without exception in excellent condition.
