- Exterior - The hotel is traditional and has four floors.
- General - Clients can use the new fitness area which is located in the main hotel building on the top floor.Facilities include sauna,steam bath, solarium, gym and a roof terrace. 0300/MP
- Lobby - The hotel does not have a lobby, the clients need to go to the main reception which is just next door at the Hotel Auersperg.
- Location - The hotel is located in the city center and is close to public transport and local amenities.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located in the main building of the Hotel Auersperg. International dishes and local specialities are served in the restaurant "Gasteiner Stuberl".
- Rooms - All the rooms are in excellent condition and have Satellite Television, radio and direct dialling telephones. All the bathrooms are in very good condition.
