- Exterior - The Neutor is a modern style hotel, although reflecting the style of the seventies.

- Lobby - The lobby is quite homely with Austrian features. It is small in size and has a couple of seats in the center.
- Location - The location of the hotel Neutor is perhaps one of its best features. It is a few minutes walk to the festival houses and the old town centre. The nearest railway station is the hauptbahnhof.
- Restaurant - There is a breakfast room on the ground floor where the hotel can also provide meals for groups upon request. It is modern in design and decorated pink in colour.
- Rooms - The rooms are on average medium in size and very basic in both decor and furnishings. However, they provide the standard of comfort representative of a 3 star hotel.
