- Exterior - This is a very charming and striking traditional building which although old, has been renovated to a high standard.
- General - This hotel is perfect for individual clients wanting a more personal stay in Salzburg. Please kindly note that the hotel reception closes at 2300 hrs and the clients who check in late have instructions on the door to call their sister hotel Novotel who will advise the client of the security code to enter the hotel. The keys to the entrance door and the room will automatically drop from the key box. Incase the hotel is aware that the clients are going to check in late then they advise them of the code to be typed before hand. 0102/MP
- Lobby - The lobby is very small in size and tastefully decorated with marble floor and a small seating area.
- Location - The hotel is located in a residential area not far from the salzbach river, within close walking distance from the historical sights of the old City and the mirabell gardens and within easy acess to the hauptbahnhof.
- Restaurant - The hotel restaurant only serves breakfast.
- Rooms - The rooms at the Carlton hotel vary in size and are stylishly decorated in a mixture of traditional and modern with dark wooden furnishings and coordinated fittings.
