- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and is of traditional Austrian style. There is a bar and staircase in the lobby area.
- Location - The hotel is located in the centre of heilgenblut.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is situated on the ground floor and has a wooden ceiling and furnishings in floral light pastels in a modern style. It can seat 130 and has a fantasic view over the mountainside.
- Rooms - The rooms of the hotel vary in size but are mainly large and kept in very good condition along with the bathrooms. Rooms have been decorated in light pastels with wooden furniture.
