- Location - The hotel is located on the right bank of the river Mur directly within the old quarter of Graz and overlooking the city's best known landmark, the clock tower. The nearest train and tram landmark are minutes away.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a resturant "Zum Goldenen Engel, where local and international cuisine is served.Breakfast is served in the unique Grand Cafe which is famous of its wall mosaic by Leopold furstner.
- Rooms - The rooms with their high ceilings provide a light and peaceful atmosphere and are tastefully furnished in cherry wood. All the rooms are equipped with colour and pay television, direct dial telephones, minibar, hairdryer and magnifying mirror.
