Hotel Reports
- Exterior - Modern building made of red brick with 2 balconies on each floor, 11 floors in total. Extension on the ground floor in black and white with large windows.
- General - A good superior tourist class property with an excellent location. A product suitable for all markets for both fit's and groups. 11/08/98
- Lobby - The lobby is medium to small in size with a small reception desk, 70's style colour scheme with brownish carpet, a couple of brown leather sofas and a few green plants.
- Location - The Sheraton Vista is located overlooking the treasure gardens, with close proximity to Melbourne cricket ground, all theatres and Melbourne park. Hoel is walking distance from business area, restaurants and shops. The city circle tram stops at the doorsteps of the hotel and is free of charge.
- Restaurant - the spring cafe' is located left of reception.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and kept in very good condition. Small rooms are in fair condition. There are refurbished and unrefurbished rooms (for groups). Blue colour scheme with brown bedspreads with various patterns. Bathrooms are very small in white or blue with bath/shower in one. Toilets almost touch the sink.
