Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A brown tower with all rooms having balconies.
- General - Excellent property for longer stays and families. Handy location and a roof top, heated pool. June, 1999
- Lobby - A stylish, medium-sized, uncluttered lobby in dark colours.
- Location - The Saville Park Suites are located at the top of exhibition street, 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre. Opposite Carlton gardens and near to parliament house.
- Restaurant - To right of lobby,one area which incorporates restaurant, bar and cafe looking onto the street. Called the owl and the pussycat. Also area with food for home cooking - the pantry.
- Rooms - Very large rooms in good condition, though are due for refurbishment. 1 and 2 bed apartments with full kitchen facilities and laundry.
