- General - A good quality product in a very central location (up to Novotel standard). There is a small pool and health club on 7th floor.
- Lobby - The lobby is of medium size, long and thin with pleasant decor.It's located on the 6th floor, as the actual entrance is small on the street level.
- Location - The Novotel Melbourne is located right in the heart of Melbourne on the main business street - Collins Street.
- Restaurant - The Restaurant/Bar is located off the lobby (6th floor) and is open plan, spacious and contemporary.
- Rooms - Rooms are large, kept in good condition and are tastefully furnished in light colours with a full range of amenties.
