Hotel Reports
- Exterior - Modern building with 2 balconies on each floor, 11 floors in total. Extension on the ground floor in black and white with large windows. This was previously Sheraton Vista hotel, which has been refurbished and improved.
- General - A good property in an excellent location. A product suitable for all markets for both individuals and groups.Friendly staff.Aug00/VU
- Lobby - The lobby is small in size with a small reception desk and not much of a sitting area. Restauarant and Bar are off the lobby.
- Location - The hotel is located overlooking Treasury gardens, close proximity to Melbourne Cricket Ground, theatres and Melbourne park. Hotel is also walking distance from the central business area, restaurants and shops. The City Circle tram stops at the doorsteps of the hotel, this is a service aimed at tourists.
- Restaurant - The 'Cafe' is located left of the reception, as is a small bar area.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium size, and were renovated in 1999. They are in a good condition and have all basic amenities. Bathrooms are very small with both bath/shower. Overall the rooms are of quite good standard, and well maintained.
