- General - The hotel has a heated rooftop swimming pool and spa and guests are permitted to use the Melbourne City Baths and Gym without charge. This hotel adjoins All Seasons Welcome hotel. A very popular hotel in a great location. VU0502.
- Lobby - Medium size lobby with limited seating.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of Melbourne's Central Business District, near all the shopping, nightclubs, restaurant and theatres etc. Day Tour Coaches depart from accross the road.
- Restaurant - Swanston Restaurant is located on 15th floor. Black Opal Tabaret Gaming Lounge, a Cafe and Bar can all be found on street level, open 24 hours.Sports Central Bar & Grill -mezzanine floor. Guests may use Seasons Cafe & Bar located on first floor of adjoining All Seasons Welcome.
- Rooms - Rooms are large (average 36sqm), with TV / In House Movies, a tea/coffee maker, mini bar, microwave & toaster, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. The rooms are well kept as are the bathrooms.
