- General - This hotel represents good value for money, in a nice area close to the city. Holiday Inn policy: Kids under 19 years stay free using existing bedding, Kids under 12 years eat free.VU0602.
- Lobby - This hotel has a medium size lobby.
- Location - The hotel is situated in South Melbourne, only minutes from the city centre. It is near South Yarra and Toorak, which are full of chic boutiques, cafes and restaurants and is within walking distance from the city's gardens or Victoria Arts complex, and Sports & Aquatic Centre. MCG, Tennis Centre and Crown Casino are a short taxi ride away. There is also a tram stop outside the hotel. It is opposite Botanical gardens.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a relaxed, friendly restaurant which is open for breakfast, snacks, dinner & cocktails.
- Rooms - The hotel offers well equipped, medium size rooms and a bathroom which are kept clean, although some of the cabinets in the room would benefit from renovation. The windows can be opened.
