- Exterior - This is a a curved high rise building which dominates the street corner.
- General - A well located and good quality property for both business and leisure, good value for money. Kids under 19 years stay free using existing bedding, Kids under 12 years eat free.VU0602.
- Lobby - The lobby is very large with a lot of life most of the time.
- Location - The hotel is located next to the Melbourne Convention Centre facing the Yarra River and just 5 minutes' walk from the city centre. Across the road from Crown Casino, Southbank is a few minutes' walk away.
- Restaurant - The hotel's Coffee shop and bar are located on the 1st floor. Kids under 12 years eat free.
- Rooms - Rooms are very large and are very nicely furnished, with all modern facilitlies including mini bar, tea/coffee makers and iron/ironing board. Bathrooms are also nice and in a good condition.
