- Lobby - Large, superbly decorated modern lobby.
- Location - Located in the heart of Melbourne, amongst the shopping,near theatres,right in the business centre.Close to arts, park, casino and conference venues.
- Restaurant - On the lobby level, Plane Tree Cafe, open plan seating, the accent on fresh and natural. Hyatt Food Court - glass domed, kaleidoscopic collection of cafes, bars and boutiques is Melbourne's meeting place. A cosy lobby bar is a popular meeting spot.
- Rooms - Large rooms, with modern, but very pleasant decor.Bathrooms have separateshower.Rooms have data points with PC connection,tea/coffee makers,and every modern covenience.
