- General - This is a 4 1/2 star boutique hotel, winner of 'Excellence Award' for it's friendly and efficient service. Good location for those wanting to be close, but away from the busy city centre. VU1000.
- Lobby - Medium size lobby, pleasant furnishings.
- Location - Located in St KIlda Business area, only 3km to the city centre, 3 minute walk to the nearest Tram stop which takes you into the city centre. 2km from the Victorian Art Centre. On the fringe of Albert Park Lake and Golf Course.
- Restaurant - Niche Cafe, open 07.00 to 23.30 hrs daily, serving International cusine, located on the ground floor.
- Rooms - Rooms are medium size, very well furnished and equipped, and in a good condition - as befitting a 4 1/2 star property.
