- Exterior - Modern low building with an outdoor pool in a garden setting.
- General - A modern hotel located within easy access of the city centre offering a good standard. Only a 10 minute tram ride to the city centre.VU0203.
- Lobby - Medium sized lobby with seating area in the middle.
- Location - The Bayview overlooks Albert Park (Formula 1 Grand Prix venue) and Albert Park Golf Course. Only minutes from St Kilda Road Business District, the hotel is only a short tram ride away from Central Melbourne and the same distance ( to the south) to trendy St.Kilda beach. Chapel Street, trendy boutiques a great cafes, is only a short cab ride.
- Restaurant - Located on the ground floor off the lobby, Sails Brasserie serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Rooms - Small rooms on lower floors, with both the rooms and the bathrooms in good condition. Facilities include TV/In-House Movies, mini bar, tea / coffee maker and hair dryer. There are also Premium rooms available on application, and a higher cost, they are larger and on higher floors.
