- Exterior - A modern high rise tower.
- General - Excellent value for money hotel in a great location. VU0301.
- Lobby - Quite a grand lobby, large with very high ceilings, beuatifully furnished.
- Location - The hotel is located one block from the beach, in the heart of vibrant Surfers Paradise. walking distance to the shopping and cafe's and the beach.
- Restaurant - A bar off the lobby with a few gaming machines, coffee shop on the ground floor, as well as a First floor restaurant. Chinese restaurant on the ground floor/ street level (leased, not run by the hotel). Night club/ Bar off the pool (level 1).
- Rooms - Nice, modern rooms, of international standard - the property opened in 1996. Great views of mountainous hinterland, Surfers city or the ocean. Both rooms and bathrooms are in a very good condition.
