Hotel Reports
- Exterior - This building is a modern, high-rise, cream tower.
- General - This property opened in mid 1997 and is in excellent condition with a good location. It is very suitable for visitors to Surfers and an excellent 4 star product. Inspected in Feb 2001, the hotel is still in a great condition and represents excellent value for money. VU0301.
- Lobby - The lobby is large and elegant with a comfortable lounge area overlooking the pool.
- Location - The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Cavill Avenue on the southern side of Surfers and one block from the beach. It is surrounded by restaurants and is close to the main shopping area. It is 1 block away from Paradise Shopping Centre.
- Restaurant - There is a coffee shop behind the reception and an outdoor eating area near the pool. At the other end of the lobby is a Chinese restaurant.
- Rooms - All rooms are a medium size and are well appointed in light colours and are in exceptional condition, along with the bathrooms. Each room has its own balcony.
