- Exterior - A contemporary 10 storey building.
- General - Acacia Court is an unpretentious property. It is good value for those looking for inexpensive accommodation in Cairns. VU0701/ CB0602
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized and is fairly basic but adequate.
- Location - The Acacia Court is located on the Esplanade, 2km to the centre of Cairns and faces Trinity Bay. it is 15 minutes by car to the airport and Trinity Wharf is a 15 -20 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive.
- Restaurant - Cafe is situated on the ground floor overlooking the pool. Reasonably priced restaurant.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and kept in good condition along with bathrooms. Rooms have simple furnishings and are reasonably maintained.
