Hotel Reports
- Exterior - This is a new redevelopment of an Anzac Square building ( formerly used as Government offices) completed in granite and sandstone. This hotel is Heritage listed and is can be compared to the style of New York's Fifth Avenue hotels.
- General - This is a beautiful hotel in the middle of the city, suitable for guests who are lovers of 'old world' charm and style hotels. VU0601/0202.
- Lobby - The hotel has a magnificently restored, medium sized lobby, featuring a Queensland marble interior and Jarra bookcases filled with a variety of books lining the walls, which help to create a warm, intimate feel. Ornate ceilings add to the character of this impressive old building.
- Location - Located at Anzac Square in the heart of Brisbane's Central Business District, this hotel is within walking distance of the Queen Street Mall Shopping Centre, parks and gardens, attractions and public transport. It offers easy access to South Bank, Museums and the Casino and is just across the road from the Central Railway Station.
- Restaurant - Located on the ground floor and only recently opened in Feb 02 , 'Berkley's on Ann' Restaurant and Bar is open 7 days from 6.30am til late.
- Rooms - Rooms vary in size each with microwave, sink, crockery and cutlery, fridge, mini bar, television and compact disc player. Rooms are in a good condition depicting an older style, with nice bathrooms.
