- Exterior - A rectangular tower with balconies.
- General - The majority of Brisbane hotels are centrally located or on the river, which makes the position of this hotel not ideal. It is however a good quality hotel. CB0302
- Lobby - A modest lobby which is medium in size.
- Location - The Novotel is located on the edge of the Central Business District and is just a few minutes walk to the main city centre.
- Restaurant - Coffee Shop is located off the lobby.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and kept in exceptional condition, as are the bathrooms. Rooms are long and narrow and newly refurbished.
