- Exterior - An older style rectangular building.
- General - An excellent location and price reflects the standard of the property. 01/04/97
- Lobby - The lobby is a moderate size and dilapidated in appearance. Renovations were planned sometime in the future.
- Location - The mercure hotel is located overlooking the Brisbane river and convention centre and a few minutes from queen st mall.
- Restaurant - Coffee shop off lobby and restaurant next door.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and kept in good condition along with the bathrooms. Rooms are simple, dated decor and tired.
