- Exterior - This is a 17 storey high-rise building.
- General - Better than you would expect from a Holiday Inn, value for money property, in a good location. Holiday Inn policy: Kids under 19 years stay free using existing bedding, Kids under 12 years eat free. VU0602
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized.
- Location - The hotel is conveniently located, adjacent to the Transit centre. A short walk to the Central Business District with shopping, theatres and restaurants all situated within a half mile radius.The Treasury Casino is 1 kilometre away, the Southbank Entertainment Centre is 2 kilometres away and the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is 10 kilometres away. Dreamworld, Seaworld and Movieworld are 45 minutes' drive south towards the Gold Coast, which is an hour's drive from Brisbane.
- Restaurant - There is one restaurant located on the premises.
- Rooms - Rooms are of a good size and, along with the bathrooms, are in good condition. They are well furnished, renovated in 2001.
