Hotel Reports
- Exterior - Cream colour high rise building that blends into the rest of the street, with a grand entrance.
- General - This is a superb deluxe property. It is very grand and elegant, in a prime central Sydney location. June, 1999/updated 0102VU.
- Lobby - The lobby is very large but warm, done in marble and wood, an open space to create a very impressive entrance to the property. A popular Lobby bar is located to the left of reception, with full length windows looking onto Elizabeth Street and Hyde Park.
- Location - This hotel overlooks Hyde Park on the south- eastern side of the city. It is in the heart of Sydney, surrounded by the shops and 5 minutes to the cinema area. 10 minute walk to the Opera House & the Rocks (historic parts of Sydney).
- Restaurant - The hotel has 3 restaurants, a Brasserie & one of Sydney's finest restaurants. Botanica, serves both buffet and a la carte, and Conservatory Cafe/Bar.
- Rooms - The rooms are large, well equipped and in a good condition. They are luxurious and extremely well appointed and face either city (Castlereagh Street) or the Hyde park (Elizabeth St) - park view is additional charge. All are sound-proofed.Rooms have either 2 king single beds, or 1 queen.
