- Exterior - A high rise tower with balconies.
- General - This property is excellent value for longer stays or short stays for those wanting more space than just a hotel room. Room service is provided, so full hotel services are available. VU1000
- Lobby - The lobby is large but very simple with a Restaurant and bar off to the right.
- Location - Located on Oxford street, which is full of Restauraurants and shops. It is 1/2 block from Hyde Park, within walking distance to Chinatown and Central business district, en route to Bondi Beach (fifteen minutes by car) and five minutes by car from Kings Cross (red Light district) and Paddington (a suburb of quaint old style Sydney terraces). Oxford St is the scene of Gay Mardi Gras event.
- Restaurant - The Restaurant is situated off the lobby. There is also a Patisserie next door, a supermarket accross the road, and a Restuarant accross the road which provides 'Room service'. Many restaurants and Cafes are within immediate walking distance.
- Rooms - The rooms are actually apartments, either 1 bedroom or 2, each with own laundry. They are tastefully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and full cooking facilities. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.
