- Exterior - Medium rise building, modern, white colour, semi circular.
- General - A nice property for those not wanting to stay in the centre, yet want to be close by.VU1101.
- Lobby - Lobby is large and modern, minimalist style, with full length windows.
- Location - Located in Rushcutters Bay, ten minutes walk to Kings Cross or Edgecliff shopping Centre and fifteen minute walk to prestigious Double Bay which abounds with cafes, restaurants and shops of high standards. It is 5 km (3miles) to the city centre and central business district. Next door is the leafy Ruscutters Bay park, and famous Crusing Yacht Club of Australia.
- Restaurant - Located on the ground floor with an outdoor terrace overlooking Rushcutters Park and CYC Yacht club.
- Rooms - Rooms are medium in size equipped with all modern conveniences. Windows are double glazed so rooms overlooking the street get no noise at all. The decor is light and modern.Nintendo games on each TV.
