- Exterior - Modern low rise tower in a contemporary style.
- General - A newish (1999) contemporary style property. Superb location, ideal for discerning traveller looking for the best Sydney has to offer. VU1200.
- Lobby - Small but very tasteful lobby, opening onto the Domain park on Macquarie Street (2 floors above Circular Quay, which is the back entrance). Modern and trendy.
- Location - On the edge of Circular quay and only a couple of buildings away from the famous Sydney Opera House. Arguably the best located property in Sydney, with a walkway outside, full of trendy restaurants, and a park on Macquarie Street side.
- Restaurant - First floor Restaurant and Bar (from Circular Quay entrance) or below the Receiption level from Macquarie Street.
- Rooms - Aparatment style, with a separate nedroom, sitting room and kitchen, as well as own laundry. Large very modern & luxurious rooms with high quality furnishings and appliances, with outlook to either the park or the Harbour, with Harbour views being at a higher rate.
