- Exterior - Part of the same complex as Grand Mercure Apartments and Novotel Hotel this is a modern high rise building.
- General - This is a purpose built Ibis Hotel. A simple property in a good location. No pool or other hotel facilities, clients can use Novotel facilities.There are many shops and cafes at nearby Darling Harbour complex.
- Lobby - Small, functional lobby with a shop just off the lobby.
- Location - The hotel is in Darling Harbour, 5 minutes walk to the city and the Casino (Star City) and Convention Centre and 15-20 minute walk to the Rocks. 10 minutes to Queen Victoria shopping on George Street.
- Restaurant - There is a Coffee shop off the lobby which overlooks Darling Harbour
- Rooms - Rooms are compact and simply furnished - typical Ibis style. They are in a good condition, as well as bathrooms.
