- Exterior - A refurbished woolstore building with a modern facade.
- General - This hotel is good for Tourists and Conference business as it is close to Darling Harbour. Good hotel no pool. A self service laundry avaialable to guests. 0500CK
- Lobby - The Lobby recently refurbished is small and functional.
- Location - Located opposite the Entertainment Centre, 2 minutes walk to Chinatown and 5 minutes to Darling Harbour.
- Restaurant - Shipleys restaurant situated off the Lobby on ground floor. JB's Bar & Grill is in a large area at other end of the Lobby (a pub with some food including "hot rock" grill).
- Rooms - The rooms are large and kept in a good condition along with the bathrooms. Rooms are comfortable and of 4 star quality in terms of condition and amenities. Some rooms will undergo soft refurishing change prior to the Olympics. Also have iron and board in each room.
