- Exterior - Mid 70's high rise tower with limited views.
- General - Good value for money, boasting the best possible location, with many bars underneath the hotel, used by Sydneysiders as a meeting place. 0600VU
- Lobby - Large marble lobby, located on the first floor, with a bar, coktail bar, coffee shop and San Francisco Grill resturant off the lobby.
- Location - Hotel is in the heart of Sydney, in the midst of shopping, cinemas andnear the Town Hall Station.
- Restaurant - The Marketplace is coffee shop style, on the first floor. San Francisco Grill offers fine dining, also on the first floor.
- Rooms - Rooms are large and kept in a good condition, as well as bathrooms. Most rooms were refurbished 2 years ago, making the rooms more modern.
