- Exterior - Part of Novotel/Ibis/Mercure complex - modern high rises. Balconies are a feature of this building.
- General - Excellent tourist location for apartment style property. Good pool, gym & sauna. VU0202
- Lobby - Modern & functional
- Location - Overlooks Darling Harbour on the Pyrmont side. 10 minutes walk across Darling Harbour to City Centre.Darling Harbour has an abundance of great shops and Restaurants.
- Restaurant - No restaurant within Grand Mercure apartments however restaurants available at both the hotel Ibis and Novotel right next door, which guests can sign to their apartment.
- Rooms - Actually a 2 bedroom apartment, consisting of sitting/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, own laundry, 2 separate bedrooms - one double bed other twin beds, 2 bathrooms.
