- Exterior - Built in 1928, small high rise Art Deco style building.
- General - Hotel opened in Jun 97, with all modern amenites within an Art Deco exterior. Great location for any market segment. Jun99/Jul00VU.
- Lobby - Spacious lobby with high ceiling, with a Cafe off the lobby. To be re- designed late 2000 adding large bar area.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of Sydney, convenient to the Rocks, Darling Harbour, Chinatown, and only 5 minute walk to the Queen Victoria shopping centre. Buses, train station are only 2 minute walk.
- Restaurant - Brasserie and Bar located on 2nd floor. Grace Deli and Cafe opens onto the York Street, with a sidewalk amosphere.
- Rooms - Large rooms, tastefully decorated, in a very good condition, with plush bedding. Rooms and bathrooms are in a very good condition, as hotel opened in 1997. Latest technology - TV's with Nintendo, data points, rooms service orders via TV screen etc. Suitable for business and holidays.
