- Exterior - The hotel is a medium sized tower.
- General - Good hotel, in a reasonable location, good value for money. Self service laundry available to guests. VU0501.
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, very functional.
- Location - Located close to Central Station (both country and suburn trains available, as well as direct rail link to Sydney airport) and 5 minutes walk to the city central business district and Chinatown.
- Restaurant - There are two hotel restaurants, one on the ground floor and the other on the first.
- Rooms - The rooms are very large and are kept in good condition along with the bathrooms. Rooms are comfortable with a reasonable level of amenity, renovated mid 2000.
