- Exterior - A simple 10 storey tower.
- General - Opposite Rushcutter's Bay park, with a yacht club and marina usually full of cruising yachts, this property represents good value for the holiday maker. Good 3 star accommodation in Sydney's fashionable Eastern suburbs, not far from the city. VU0900.
- Lobby - The lobby is small and simple, with a bar and coffee shop off the lobby.
- Location - This hotel overlooks the Harbour in Rushcutters Bay, 10 minutes drive from the city . 5 minutes drive to prestigious suburb of Double Bay, for great shopping and restaurants. A few minutes walk to Edgecliff station.There is a Cruising Yacht club & marina in Rushcutters Bay, this is a very fashionable suburb of eastern Sydney.
- Restaurant - Memphis is a simple restaurant/coffee shop that spreads into a bar off the lobby.
- Rooms - The rooms are reasonable size and kept in a good condition, along with the bathrooms. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained and include tea and coffee making facilities, and iron& ironing board.Windows can be open to enjoy fresh air.
