It is close to shopping, government and defence districts and Lake Burley Griffin. Nearby is Parliament House, National Art Gallery, Australian War Memorial and many more tourist attractions.
- Restaurant - Restaurant is located on the ground floor. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant serves international food.
- Rooms - Rooms are in a good condition, 30 square metres in size, well equipped and modern.
