- General - This property has been totally refurbished in the last two years as part of an upgrade to the new brand of Chifley. It has a convenient location amongst a number of Canberra hotels. There is a relaxed feel to the property yet it offers a full range of facilities. VU0900/CB0602
- Lobby - The lobby is medium-sized and decorated in a country style with a cosy atmosphere.
- Location - The Chifley On Northbourne is situated on Northbourne Avenue,a few minutes drive from the City Centre and five minutes drive from Australia's Federal Government Parliament House.
- Restaurant - The Northbourne Restaurant is situated off the lobby and there is an adjoining bar area with an open fire.
- Rooms - The rooms have been newly renovated in bright colours. They are large and in exceptional condition, as are the bathrooms.
